Bring your card to the first visit — or send a photo of it ahead of time. We verify your benefits, apply them at the counter, and file the claim ourselves. You never chase a reimbursement.
We're out-of-network with HMO/DMO plans and Medicaid, and we'll tell you that on the phone rather than after the appointment.
